Athletic Longevity Movement Assessment

A one-on-one session to explore your movement capacity, identify limitations, and establish a clear direction for training.During this 30–40 minute session we explore:• mobility restrictions
• movement patterns
• strength balance
• long-term physical goals
This is the starting point for 1:1 coaching. You’ll leave with practical insight into how to rebuild strength and movement capacity.

Little Apes & Co

Little Apes & Co is a movement class for children and parents that develops strength, coordination, and confidence through play.Rather than structured drills or sport-specific training, the class uses games, obstacle courses, and partner-based exploration to build a broad foundation of athletic movement. Children climb, crawl, balance, carry, and navigate through dynamic environments that challenge both body and attention.Parents are not just observers, but participants. The class creates space for shared movement, where children and adults engage together, building connection alongside physical capacity. The focus is not on perfect technique, but on developing adaptable, capable movers who are comfortable exploring a wide range of positions and patterns. This approach supports not only physical development, but creativity, problem-solving, and a positive relationship to movement.
